A tornado watch has been issued for much of southeastern New York, and parts of Pennsylvania, Vermont, Massachusetts and Connecticut. Widespread wind gusts, a few tornadoes, and large hail are likely into this evening.

River Flood concerns remain high in the Northwest into the northern Rockies. Residents are urged to use extreme care as the rivers are expected to crest even higher by next week along Okanogan & Clark Fork Rivers with rain & thunderstorms possible.
